Project | 01 Fynco CRM System

Fynco is a company specializing in real estate financial loan business. In 2019, they found me and hoped to use my many years of software development experience to help them build a CRM system. 


They urgently need this system for two reasons. On the one hand, it comes from the requirements of higher regulatory authorities. From June to July 2020, all companies involved in real estate finance loans need to have a comprehensive CRM management system to manage all customers Information, correspondence with customers, application materials, etc. On the other hand, they are not very satisfied with the current CRM system in the market. They want to use their industry experience to build their own CRM products, bring them to the market, and sell them to brokers engaged in real estate loans. In order to maintain long-term stable income.


As I have nearly 20 years of software system design and development experience, they hope that I can assist them in developing the main functions of a CRM system within two months, including account management, announcement management, customer information management, loan application, Email system, schedule management, task management, message reminder, etc. At the same time, each module has more detailed requirements. After comprehensive analysis, I decided to undertake the development of this system.

I completed the development of all functions by myself.

Project | 02 GZ Advertising Management System

Developed GZ advertising management system to manage the settlement of advertising machines and merchants and employees. Including equipment management, merchant management, contract management, employee settlement management, advertisement distribution management and other functions. The technical system adopted is Java + Freemarker + Jquery + Mysql.

The complexity of this system lies in the calculation of employee division and the merchant's settlement system.

At the same time, the system provides an automatic matching function between the merchant and the device, that is, the merchant at a specific address can automatically match the advertiser's delivery contract.

The system introduces the physical object of contract, which realizes the association between advertising equipment and advertisers.

It is worth noting that all business addresses comply with the division of New Zealand ’s multi-level administrative regions, which is the official standard data.

The background can flexibly set the proportion of salespersons, merchants, and advertisers, and can also set the number and time of advertising, and the system can use these data.

Project | 03 Paycheap App
 
Participate in the development of Paycheap App, the main functions include online display, ordering and payment of merchant products. React Native is used to develop IOS version and Android version, and the backend adopts Nodejs and database MongoDB.

Pay Cheap App is a discount app for local life group purchases. Its design concept is to build a bridge between merchants and consumers to provide consumers with benefits and convenience.

The difficulty in the development of this project lies in the docking of the payment system. I am mainly responsible for the development of this part. We are docking with the payment platform of New Zealand local company IE MONEY. This platform provides Alipay and Wechat Pay payment interfaces. The debugging process is relatively complicated.

I am also responsible for the development of other functions required by the Android and iOS system apps, such as the display of merchant shops, product lists, etc.

TaijiCoin is a merchant transaction system about Bitcoin information. The merchant records each customer's order and currency exchange situation in the background. After logging in to their account at the front desk, the customer can query their account status, such as how much bitcoin, New Zealand dollar, cash, etc., including the transaction history .
